Day 90: Pastels, tulips, and little white bunnies

Happy Easter, He has risen! Today is a beautiful day celebrating at Saint Aldalbert's and with my family. I AM BLESSED!

Easter goodies! (I still get excited about an Easter basket at age 23!)
Easter Brunch after Mass.
Beautiful colors, good food, and better company.

Day 89: Family weekend

Three things I loved about today: Running, March Madness/Miami Hockey, and carrot cake.

I got my 9 mile run in today- I WAS THRILLED TO RUN OUTSIDE. 2 weeks until race day!
Watching sports at GPs with these guys! :)
Funny story: I made carrot cake from scratch tonight for Easter dinner and as it was cooling my Dad decided to help himself to a piece, no frosting needed! So much for the final presentation. (HAHA)

Day 88: Friday and Friends (finally!)

I was so excited to be reunited with so many friends this weekend! We spent Friday night downtown during all of the basketball excitement at Rockwell's, Tavern on the Square, and Stella's... we had a first time experience at Stella's. We were told they served a one of a kind Burger, which I didn't believe until I read about the national nod from GQ Magazine as "America's best burger." Pretty cool for Stella's and also pretty cool that they serve food until 1am. The men were pleased!

Whoa.

Day 87: Wine is proof...

Wine is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. #ladyhumor #thankyousam
Holy Thursday put quite a lot into perspective; thankful to be able to share it with my bestest at St. Johns in East Lansing and endure the Eucharistic Procession together, [something we'll always remember...brrr.]

My absolute loves.

Day 86: Be still in My presence

Great reminder for me today!

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. -Romans 12:2

Day 85: My second family

It was so wonderful seeing my Sib family tonight and of course spending time with our newest addition to the family! I am lucky to still be in close proximity to the girls I adore the most. :)
Capturing the moment! How many times have we been in this aisle at Sammy's together?!

Day 83: It's feeling like I'm home

It's Sunday and I am back in G-rap and not studying... is this real?!
My usual least favorite day is a great day because: 1. It's Palm Sunday and I have always loved Palm Sunday, the way it grounds a whole community church service back to why we are here through the powerful words of the gospel and prepares us for the final week of Lent. 2. Wandering the town (and Anthropologie) with mom in search of bridal shower beginnings (for B&T) and being present with her over Sunday Brunch. 3. Seeing Clare today and gaining so much from her and our catch up chats. :) 4. Revenge is on tonight and I am instantly in a good mood.
I loved this mirror and these "trendy-aged-glass" jars
I could go as far as saying Anthtropologie is my happy place...

Day 76: Neck warmer needed

As soon as I got back to the Sundial Lodge at Canyon's Resort, my mom was waiting for me to hit the slopes. Now, this was after our Saturday night St Patty's celebration!! Most of our friends and family had left Utah, but that did not stop us from getting out there. Had to keep my mom company (best daughter.) I am cold thinking about this ski day...
We were welcomed with high winds, snow, and icy slopes. It was COLD! And so unexpected to my body's temperature comfort zone after basically spring skiing for the past two weeks, but hey, no slush today! My mom demo-ed some skis and while I loosened up  we worked up an appetite for Sunday night dinner with Tommy and Brady at Purple Sage in downtown PC. We LOVED this place!

This blistery sight is one we have not seen for weeks!
Mom and I picture messaging Aunt Kat on the Orange Bubble lift!
